The Parsons Green Flat renovation by SI&CO transforms a 60 sqm space into a warm, inviting urban oasis, perfect for a couple or a young family. With a contemporary take on a traditional London flat, the design blends aesthetics and practicality, balancing modern elegance with classic charm. Though it’s a ground-level flat on the corner of a street, it feels hidden and secluded.

The flat underwent a full renovation to address its deteriorating state, including issues with the exterior walls. The living space retains its historic character with a beautifully restored fireplace and ornate cornice, while soft neutrals and natural materials create a tranquil atmosphere, making each room feel airy yet intimate.

The washroom, thoughtfully designed with a window overlooking the garden, brings a touch of nature inside, enhancing the sense of calm. The small garden itself has been turned into a private retreat, lush with greenery and soft lighting, offering a peaceful escape from city life.
