SI&CO is a London-based, multi-disciplinary design practice specializing in Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management. Our mission is to craft spaces that elevate everyday life, weaving beauty with functionality in perfect harmony.

Led by Si Chen, the practice is guided by architectural principles. Although each project is unique, we are motivated by space creation and strive to create functional and timeless spaces rather than adhering to a single aesthetic.

How We Work
SI&CO prides ourselves on being great listeners. Rather than a one-way conversation, we foster discussion, collaboration, and co-creation with our clients. As the occupier of the space, your input is invaluable, and you can be as involved in the design process as you desire. Our current portfolio includes a mix of hospitality, retail, and residential projects, ranging from private member’s club to 50 sq m flats.
We bring expertise in new builds, renovations, and listed building projects, understanding the unique challenges each entails. As a small practice, we provide our clients and each project with unrivaled attention to detail, ensuring every project feels completely resolved.
